Every once in a while, a customer tells us, “I heard about Tony Delivers on Eater,” or “I saw you in the news!” sometimes from a year or two ago. And then they tell us they never got around to trying us. Honestly, we understand. Life gets busy, apps get forgotten, and there’s always something new. But it also reminds us that we have a responsibility to keep showing up.

We want people in Seattle to know that Tony Delivers is still here and we’re building. We’re working to create a different kind of delivery experience for customers, drivers, and restaurants: one that is more local, more transparent, and more connected to the people actually making delivery happen.
The way we work, order food, and run restaurants is changing fast. Technology and AI are opening up new possibilities, and we believe we can use them to rethink the traditional delivery model, reduce unnecessary costs, and put more value into the local delivery community. We’re not finished. We’re building this one delivery, one restaurant, one driver, and one customer at a time.
